Elevation Burger – Dubai Mall

Here’s Elevation Burger trying to elevate your senses with a range of organic meat. This month they have introduced organic chicken in their menu along with their existing organic beef. Elevation burger is primarily known for serving healthy organic meat which is USDA certified which assures you they are free from pesticides, chemicals, no transfat and other unwanted hormones. A healthier fast food version. Even the fries have been very natural, cooked in healthy olive oil and you’d love the quality when you taste them.

Elevation burger has the best spot in Dubai Mall with a fantastic wide view of the Dubai Mall Ice Rink. There is a designated escalator that takes you up the restaurant. It’s like as if Dubai Ice Rink was built for the Elevation Burger customers to enjoy a show while they eat at their outlet.

If you order their soft drinks then it’s unlimited refill where you go and refill for yourself. The shakes haven’t been as great as I expected. Lots of ice cream but nothing that will light up your senses. The Fiery fries were amazing. You taste real potato and the fact it’s made from healthy olive oil is even better news. The organic chicken breast tenderloins were a melt in the mouth. The chicken tenderloins would be my no. 1 pick at Elevation burger. It would be one of the best tender chicken tenderloins I’ve had in a long time. You truly can appreciate quality here. The dipper that accompanied it which was the elevation sauce was a nice light spicy sauce which was so tantalizing that we requested one more of it. The Caesar salad had the right taste and dressing, except I wish I added chickens to it to make it even better.

They have an impressive array of burgers. Loved their lettuce wrapped burgers specially the Juicy chicken lettuce wraps. But I doubt, if just one can fill you up. Besides their signature burgers, you can also create your own burgers by choosing your own vegetable toppings(lettuce, tomato, raw onions, pickles, jalapenos, caramelized onions) and sauces(elevation sauce, ketchup, mayo, mustard, bbq sauce, ranch, hot pepper relish, balsamic mustard, honey mustard, creamy buffalo). You will need to pay additional 5 dhs if you need any of their premium toppings like beef bacon, cheddar cheese, sauteed mushroom or fire sauce. The Vertigo burger we tried was over loaded with triple layer of beef patties. I still preferred their signature beef burgers like the Fiery burger which has a nice touch of flavour unlike the Vertigo where you couldn’t get the taste of the sauces and other ingredients coming through. To be honest their chicken was convincing than their beef.

From the elevation ice creams, the vanilla and coffee would be my choice. The cookie we had was healthier and an organic one which included ingredients such as oats, organic butter, brown sugar, pecans, organic eggs etc. But the cookie was too sweet.
