Thanks to Aubaine, we had a great start to our morning. We had to visit them sooner or later as we’ve heard and seen a lot of about them on social media. The breakfast pictures specially have been very enticing and we decided to visit Aubaine for breakfast.

Aubaine is a French restaurant with a chic and modern interior. A touch of English and luxury while you dine in at Aubaine.  Located at the main entrance of Dubai Mall where people often get dropped at Dubai Mall. If you are entering to Aubaine from the inside of Dubai Mall then make sure you go further inside the restaurant and you’ll explore a different side of Aubaine with an urban touch and a glass view showing the main entrance of Dubai where also fresh sunlight pours into the restaurant. This is where you should actually try to get seated in Aubaine during the day time. I loved this space on our visit in the morning for breakfast. Infact, this space was crowded by Emiratis.

The coffee is a must try at Aubaine. The moment the cappuccino was kept on our table there was a moment of silence admiring the latte art. The weight and texture of the coffee was just perfect. Velvety and smooth and we could appreciate the quality of the coffee bean used. Another highlight from the drinks was the Pearl of Dubai which was a combination of Pineapple, Peach and Passion Fruit. Surely the Pearl of Dubai was an attractive drink on our table as we had many guests peeping at a drink from their table. I must say, Pearl of Dubai drink stood really cold from the beginning till the end of our breakfast. We had to actually wait for the drink to come down from it’s freezing point to be able to drink but it was a fantastic refresher with a burst of fruity freshness in the mouth.

You could easily tell the breads and croissants were really fresh. All of us enjoyed the different breads and jams. They do have a selection of Jams where you could choose 2 of them. I was in complete love with their chocolate croissant. It came warm, Light, flaky and melted chocolate on the inside. I could cherish every bite with their chocolate croissant. The almond croissant was not bad at all but I felt the almond paste dominated the croissant experience. It was a very thick and heavy croissant.

Then came the real breakfast for the day. The three layered pancakes was just superb. Infact, the pancakes came a little crispy. Never had them crispy. It felt absolutely fresh out of the oven and I can see why their pancakes are one of their top sellers. The French toast was my favourite. Just trying to recollect dipping those soft french toasts in clotted cream makes my mouth water. A sure rejoice for French toast fans.

Then we tried the only savoury of our breakfast which was an Avocado toast. Just felt healthy eating them.  Eggs are done just the way you wanted. If you generally enjoy avocados you can blindly go for these. You would love em. In general,  food is a little over priced but you pay for the experience, quality of food and the royal setup Aubaine has created.
