Coffee at Cafe Gray, Dubai Hills MallMore than just a stylish brasserie, this spot puts thoughtful effort into curating a beverage menu that blends classic British comfort with Dubai’s flair. Their Coffees are a must try. Be it hot cold, all of them have been outstanding. We ordered a hot cardamon honey latte which was a delightful fusion of aromatic spice and natural sweetness, offering a comforting and invigorating beverage experience. The cardamom adds a subtle spiciness, while the honey provides a gentle sweetness that complements the coffee. The cold coffees were as tasty as their beautiful looks. The Caramel Frappe topped heavily with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, it offers a dessert-like experience in a cup. A delectable beverage that marries the robust flavor of coffee with the sweet allure of caramel and whipped cream. The Dalgona coffee looked beautiful in that tall glass with a swirl of whipped coffee sitting on top of pure white chilled milk. The whipped layer did hold it’s shape beautifully.

The Traditional English Breakfast is a classic. You can never go wrong with this order at an English cafe. You can opt for scrambled, fried, or poached eggs cooked to order. You can opt for Beef or chicken sausages which were juicy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. One of the standout elements is the homemade hash browns, crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. These golden patties pair especially well with the baked beans, which are warm, slightly sweet, and comforting. The beef bacon boasts a satisfying chew and a smoky depth with slightly crisped edges. The sour dough bread were plenty with butter on the side.

The Chef’s Special Shakshuka is a vibrant, soul-warming dish that brings Middle Eastern comfort food to life with a modern, indulgent twist. At the heart of it are spiced tomatoes, slow-cooked to a rich, savory base with just the right balance of heat and sweetness. The well fried eggs directly on the tomato base to create a luscious, texture. A generous sprinkle of za’atar which is not overwhelming. The cut avocado brings creamy contrast and a touch of coolness that softens the heat and spice, while crumbled feta cheese adds a briny punch that ties it all together. This shakshuka is a rich, flavorful experience which was comforting, nourishing, and packed with character. There’s something deeply satisfying about a homemade granola bowl, especially when it strikes the perfect balance between health and indulgence. This particular bowl, featuring fresh strawberries, ripe banana slices, and creamy yogurt layered over crunchy granola, is a testament to how simple ingredients can create a nourishing and flavorful breakfast or snack. The granola itself is the star — toasty, lightly sweetened, and full of texture. Along with fruits they create a natural sweetness that eliminates the need for added sugar. The yogurt adds a smooth, tangy contrast that ties the whole bowl together protein-rich, refreshing, and indulgently creamy. A fresh, balanced, and comforting bowl that’s easy to love.

If you’re a chocoholic then their chocolate mudcake is a try. It was dark, dense topped with swirl of cream on top. The first bite was pure decadence. Dense, moist, and unapologetically chocolatey. Each forkful was a satisfying mix of texture and flavor with deep cocoa notes that melt-in-your-mouth. The ganache was silky and smooth, it wasn’t overly sweet. It’s a solid, satisfying slab meant to be savored slowly.
