The interiors are spacious and they also have a balcony with little garden outside usually occupied by the kids playing and painting. The buffet is located at the center of the restaurant. There wasn’t much crowd at the buffet and no waiting was noticed.

The unique offering of the buffet at Ronda Locatelli was the wide selection of fresh cheese from Burrata, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Grana Padano etc. I made sure I ate as my much as fresh Burrata cheese as I never could have enough of them. If you appreciate quality cheese you are surely going to enjoy this buffet.
The wood oven pizzas were amazing. You could see the chef freshly making them in front of you, spinning and throwing the dough in air like you see above. They were thin, crisp, hot and just would melt in the mouth. My favourite was the Pepperoni pizza. Also let’s not forget the famous Beef Carpaccio which is one of Italains hot sellers that was there at the buffet counter to eat as much as you wanted. The buffet counter is small but those items on that counter is a splendid treat.
Kids have plenty of activities at Ronda Locatelli Brunch. Baking the pizza with the chef would be the highlight. There is a demand for it and all parents would want to see their kids bake their own pizza with the chef. It happens in batches. So you just need to be patient and wait for your turn. They have an in house photographer who takes photos of your moments and would charge AED 50 if you wanted a printed copy of it.
Paining is when the kids get really messy. So you need to make sure they clean their hands very well after their painting session before eating. Painting happens outdoors. They also offer a wide range of colorful paints to make the most of your painting. You can also take your painting home. The artwork will need some drying before you can take it, so it’s better idea not to leave this activity to the very end.
Kids also have a mocktail session where they get to learn and make their own mocktail. This would be a similar experience like how they do it in Bread Street Kitchen.
The mains get delivered to your table once you are ready for it. I would say all of them were wonderful specially the Beef ragu and Gnocchi cheese fondue. Typical Italian favourites and Ronda Locatelli clearly tells where they are coming from.
Desserts were also was served at our table. All those desserts mentioned in their brunch menu came to our table. Panna cota was my favourite from their dessert. Torta di mele which is an apple cake was a turn off to me. Maybe it’s because I am not an apple pie fan in general. If you are here for a special day then make sure you inform them as they bring in a special slice of cake to celebrate the event and that piece of chocolate cake really looked good!
We ended our Brunch with a fine coffee. I ended mine with a fancy Affogato(Hot espresso on a cold ice cream). Overall it’s been a great memory of pizzas, cheese and kids have never been this busy in a brunch without eating. Click here to visit their official webpage.
