You can opt to sit inside or outside the restaurant. At this climate, it’s wonderful to be eating from the balcony of this restaurant with views of the lush green Golf Course. The only troublesome part eating in open air has been the troubling flies in the area. Dining inside the restaurant is also nice which has a homely touch.
Mocktails from AED 32(Berry Smash, Canadian Apple and Lemonade Spritz
Complimentary bread at Carine
You can’t say no to their lovely breads that are served complimentary when you order their mains. Dip them in olive oil which is exclusively imported from Chef Izu’s farm and balsamic, and you are going to love it. There was nothing outstanding about Carine’s colorful mocktails.
Water Melon with feta cheese, almond flakes and basil – AED 55
Apple Green beans and foie gras salad with walnuts – AED 65
Grilled Harissa Prawns – AED 65
The appetizers were just wonderful. The Apple Green Bean salad was refreshing in the mouth.
I’ve never been so much in love with water melons like the one here at Carine. They were so red and sweet, feta cheese was a great match to the Water Melon.
The Grilled Harissa prawns was attractive on it’s plate and would appreciate it for it’s freshness.
Roasted filet of Seabass with tomato sauce and sumac rice – AED 145

sumac rice
The roasted filet of seabass in tomato sauce was yummy. It had a nice flavor to it and the sumac rice was so good that I could even eat it alone.
Rigatoni with beef ragout – AED 80
Grilled Veal Strip Loin marinated with yoghurt and herbs – AED 185
The Rigatoni was just fantastic. Firstly we loved the size of the pasta, and the minced beef in it was a sheer joy. The grilled Veal Strip Loin marinated in yoghurt was nicely done, juicy and they come precut so you just have to pick each of them and dip in the Basel pesto sauce provided on the side. Actually the yoghurt marination on the Veal makes it light in taste unless you dip in the sauce.
Tiramisu – AED 50
Passion Fruit Cheese cake – AED 45
Molten Brownie marshmallow with anglaise cream – AED 55
They have some fabulous desserts in their menu. The first one you should try is definitely their Tiramisu. It is one of the best Tiramisu you can find in Dubai. The cheese cake was one of the finest cheese cake we’ve tried. Real good quality. We loved the molten part in the brownie and the giant marshmallow. I am not a big fan of anglaise cream which was the only turn off with molten brownie dessert.
