Inside the restaurant
From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere strikes a careful balance between relaxed and refined. The warm interiors of Frevo, paired with subtle Latin touches and the laid-back energy of Copa Cabana, set the stage for an indulgent evening. The outdoor seating has a lovely view of the resort coupled with beautiful cool weather, its probably the best time to be at their terrace. The terrace was quieter and calm. Inside though was a completely different story. Laughter bounced off the walls, music blended into overlapping conversations, and the whole space buzzed with energy. It was loud and lively.




Starters
Starters can be picked up at the central buffet station which mainly consist of hot starters, cold cuts, salads and quality cheese. You need to make sure to eat at the right level, just so you have enough space to try all those BBQ steaks to follow. Every table has a variety of sauces ready such as chimichurri, bbq as well as black beans, beef stew, mashed potatoes laid out for the incoming steaks. Service deserves a special mention. The team at Frevo manages to be both professional and genuinely warm, always ready to explain different cuts or recommend pairings. Our mocktails were refilled, requests are handled with ease, and the overall flow of the evening feels seamless.









Unlimited Churrasco
The highlight, of course is the churrasco service. Skilled passadores circulate the dining room, carving meats with precision and pride. Expect a generous parade of perfectly grilled cuts: tender beef sirloin, succulent lamb, juicy chicken, and flavour-packed sausages, each seasoned simply to let the quality of the meat shine. If there is anything they could improve, it would be the pacing between the cuts. It progressed too rapidly and felt overwhelmed, as the next cut appeared before the first could be fully appreciated.


Desserts
We ended our grand Churraso night with their traditional desserts such as the Brazilian flan which was a velvety custard, luxuriously smooth and super creamy. Honestly, I couldn’t settle with just one of this Flan. The churros was stuffed with caramel sauce and came with a crispy exterior. Personally, I would prefer plain churros with hot chocolate sauce on the side. The Grilled caramelized pineapple came with just right amount of char, tropical flavour elevated by a caramelised crust.
