800 degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Here’s a new restaurant open at Deira City Centre which brings you a pizza made out of true passion and heritage of Italy. The best part being you can customize your pizza from head to toe; starting from the type of crust, type of base, the add ons from categories cheese, vegetables and proteins.  Your pizza is made right in front of you and baked so quickly that before you the leave the counter it’s ready for you to pick it up. 800 degrees Neapolitan pizzeria brings true heritage of Naples and the soft and chewy crust from your first bite will explain everything.

This one’s located right next to Vox Cinemas at Deira City Centre. Celebrity  K Brosas (actress and Singer) inaugurated this new store of 800 degrees Neapolitan pizzeria at DCC. You step into the long counter to make your order. You decide each step of your pizza starting from the crust.

Some of the options include:

• Crust: Original Neapolitan, Crispy cracker thin crust, Gluten-free.
• Base: Margherita, Bianca, Marinara, Verde and more.
• Add ons: 21 selection of vegetables, 14 selection of proteins, 9 selection of cheese.

Looks like these guys have collaboration with Lipton for their lime tea and this is supposedly the happening drink in this restaurant. I am not a typical lime tea fan but I was in love with their peach lime tea. Their coffee is powered by an Italian coffee company called Lavazza which was a good one. The salad gorgonazala was dominated by lettuce, a little too much that you might get tired of it after a while.

For starters it’s good to go with Original Neapolitan crust. The gluten free crust is definitely not as tasty as other original crust. So you need to be careful when you plan your custom pizza. At the end you should be able to enjoy it. Besides the crust, anything you add to the pizza should only make it scrumptious. Don’t forget to make use of their cheese like buffalo mozarella. It’s get’s the Italian pizza at it’s best.
