The Garden Brunch is a Friday brunch that happens at an upscale restaurant called The Restaurant. What we loved about this brunch was the restaurant itself. It felt very cozy and a homely atmosphere. Surely this is a brunch that gives you a five star dining experience. The staff treats you well with utmost respect and takes care of all your needs through out the brunch. The brunch is neatly spread across the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is inspired by English style interior design. You can have the brunch from their outdoor terrace facing the pool and Burj Khalifa(World’s tallest building). Fresh juices, Cold cuts, Selection of cheese, a large selection of salad, 3 live stations which would include a Grill station where you can order unlimited lamb chops, steaks and Salmon. Other Live cooking station would be pasta, pan seared Foie Gras on a fresh Toast & Chicken breasts.

On every table they place their fresh breads and a bowl of fresh cut vegetables served on Ice. You could have fresh juices or they can even prepare you Mocktails. I would say the Mocktail need to be better. Kids had a great time eating their freshly baked croissants. The chocolate croissants and other homemade pastries were really good and is to be appreciated for their quality. They had different kinds of French breads available and you are sure enjoy eating them.
The man of the match for the Garden brunch was definitely the Salad bar. A long stretch of healthy colorful salads. Different kinds of salad and all of them have been impressive. Never ate so much of salad for a brunch. If you enjoy eating quality cheese then you will be happy to see their selection of cheese available for the brunch.
The salmon and sushi bar was another exciting counter. Sushi was really good and so was the salmon. They also had cold shrimps, oysters, crabs. Although prawns was never in their Grill section, you could try taking into the Grill counter to have it grilled.
I am not a big fan of foie gras but they serve it really pretty. What caught most diners attention was the quality of the brioche bread served at this station. You just couldn’t stop with one of these beautiful toast, we noticed most people went again for the brioche toast. They also served a special chicken breast item. The other station was the live cooking of Risotto and scrambled egg with Toast.
From the Grill station, you could have juicy Lamb chops, Steaks as well as Salmon. They had lovely sides as well. I very much enjoyed the sweet potato mash which they made. Other sides available would be the sauces such as the famous chimichurri, then they had steamed vegetables such as carrots, broccoli and potatoes.
They have a dedicated room just for desserts which were beautifully presented and spread across the room. The dessert room surely had all the favourites for a child, with dedicated candy station and ice cream station. From Ice cream station you choose different flavours of home made ice cream, plenty of toppings. We picked their signature banana split from the ice cream station, I can tell you the vanilla ice cream tasted really fresh. Other selection of desserts would be cakes, tarts, colorful macaroons, Eclairs etc. Also you can experience one of the best marshmallows from their candy station. You can end your brunch with coffee or tea.
