Pulled is the latest addition to home grown UAE based eatery, started by an Emarati. They have a simple two page menu with currently just 3 mains on board. Pulled definitely can pull your attention with their tantalizing sandwiches stuffed with pulled beef or chipotle chicken, along with different kinds of sauces and add ons which makes your sandwich an exciting one. They also have a special sauce called the fire it up death sauce, although not as scary as it sounds, it adds a nice of strong flavor. They also have one vegeterian  sandwich which is mainly stuffed with mushrooms. Their fries are thin and crispy and what makes them exciting would be the cheese on top and you could always add beef, chicken or mushroom. We added topped up our fries with pulled beef and boy, it was just mouth watering. The pulled beef here is to be appreciated, they make it well and the marination on the beef has also been fantastic. Every burger comes with their signature pulled stamp on them.

Money Bread – AED 26 each
Ice Creams – AED 12 each – Chili & mango, Pistachio & Pomegranate

We started with their drinks. The coffee was fantastic, loved every bit of the cold coffee. The berry lemonade was freezing cold, it was more ice in the beginning and it actually got better later with ice melting like a typical slush. We then ended our meal with some unique dessert made from bread. It’s a new one, haven’t seen this kind of dessert often in Dubai. Each of them have a stuffing inside which could be cheese, chocolate sauce or berry jam along, coated with either cinnamon sugar, pistachios, berry coulis followed by topping such as vanilla icing, chopped nuts, peanut butter glaze. My pick would be the Deez nuts which was monkey bread coated in pistachios and cinnamon sugar stuffed with chocolate sauce drizzed with peanut butter glaze. Ice creams are a must try. They have been unique by combining different flavors together, I felt the mango ice cream which had chili flakes was a wonderful contrast between sweetness and spice. The pistachio and pomegranate was also a good one. The least pick would be their chocolate and liquid smoke, which more tasted like a bbq sauce on an ice cream. Otherwise you can’t go wrong with any of the other combinations.
